PowerPump is a barbell program set to music for able-bodied people of any age and all fitness levels who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout. We match movement to music and use traditional strength training techniques which allows participants to work at their own level. It is one of the quickest ways to get in shape and lose body fat. PowerPump utilizes lighter weights and higher rep counts to tone every major muscle group in your body.The simplicity of the class combines athletic movements like curls, presses, squats and lunges to develop strength, stamina and confidence.

Zumba® combines all the best aspects of a Zumba® class by incorporating Zumba® Step variations to provide participants with a fabulous workout that targets legs, glutes and core all the while providing a phenomenal aerobic hour long party. Zumba® Step provides a variety of dance and fitness combinations in a fun and innovative way, while providing a challenge for participants. Each Zumba® Step class reflects Dance moves, Fitness moves, and Step Fundamental moves; the percentage of each varies depending on choreography, rhythm choice and song selection.
You may have done a step class before but come and try a Zumba® Step class to experience another great way to get fit Zumba® style!
Total Body Combo
Total Body Combo offers a workout that combines the 3 components of fitness: Cardio, Strength and Stretch. This class kicks off with a cardio warm-up that will get your heart pumping and get you ready to work. The Strength portion comes next, targeting arms, abs, glutes and legs, using both body weight and props to add resistance for toning and sculpting the muscles. We end with a well-deserved stretch on the mat or barre to bring down the heart rate and lengthen and relax the muscles; helping the body return to a balanced state. This class brings a little bit of everything for a total body workout!
A combination of ballet, yoga, functional fitness and pilates based movements to phrases of music. The class is choreographed so that the music drives the movement and each segment of the class is divided by song (mostly top 40 music). During the class, we use a combination of bodyweight, resistance bands, mini-stability balls, and light hand weights to isolate various muscle groups and tone your entire body. SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS... NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
