Tamara Nolet is a widely recognized Acro coach who has been teaching at the Canadian Dance Company for many years! She has designed and developed the Acrobatics Program for Canadian Dance Company’s competitive dancers and teaches all levels and skill development. She received her level 1,2,3 Woman’s Artistic certification along with her level 1,2,3 Men’s Artistic Gymnasts certification through a three year High Performance Program at Seneca College in Toronto from 1989-1992.
Following her training program, Tamara was hired by Seneca College as a member of their full time staff from 1992-1995. As Program director and Assistant Coach of Carded National team members she trained a selection of athletes for the program.
In 1995-2000 Tamara was hired as the Program Director and head coach of the Men’s provincial Team where she was responsible for the National Training Centre for Men’s Artistic Gymnastics.
Tamara also ran a competitive Sport Aerobics Program and a stretching and conditioning program for the City of Burlington.
Currently Tamara works at her Physiotherapy business, Physiotherapy on Wheels, along side her husband Alan, which they have owned together since 2007.
She is greatly looking forward to being back at CDC for another amazing season of dance!
