Veronica began dancing in Brampton, Ont. at age 4 and considers her “Studio” friends her family. She completed a Regional Arts program at Mayfield Secondary School, and graduated with Honors from Ryerson University’s Performance Dance Program. She enjoyed studying under brilliant teachers like Nadia Potts, Roberto Campanella, Kenny Pearl, Karen Duplisea and Vicki St Denys. While performing in University, Veronica worked as a news writer and office administrator at Canada’s leading Dance Magazine, The Dance Current, and later in marketing for Mirvish. Veronica has completed extensive examinations through the Cecchetti Society of Canada, the Royal Academy of Dance, and the Canadian Dance Teachers Association, and most recently certified through Acrobatic Arts. Veronica really enjoyed spending her extra-curricular time at her studio growing up and competing in all dance disciplines, both Canada and the United States. Some favourite professional performance credits include “Gameshow the Musical” (Best of Fringe), “When Love is Not Enough” (The Hallmark Channel), “Taekwondo” (Walk Off the Earth), Women in Dance, Dance Ontario Weekend, The Junction Comedy Festival, Virgin Mobile commercials and many events with her What’s On TAP! Company friends. Veronica continues to teach, direct and choreograph across Ontario, while continually completing courses to help inspire and support our amazing young people.
