Barre

A combination of ballet, yoga, functional fitness and pilates based movements to phrases of music. The class is choreographed so that the music drives the movement and each segment of the class is divided by song (mostly top 40 music). During the class, we use a combination of bodyweight, resistance bands, mini-stability balls, and light hand weights to isolate various muscle groups and tone your entire body.

SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS… NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
