Technique Tuesday Stretch Age 9-11

Simply put, the best way to maintain your ballet technique and flexibility during the summer is to drop in on these classes. *One and a half hour ballet technique classes & one hour stretch classes for two age groups (9-11 and 12+).

Foundations

Modeled after professional ballet company summer intensives, this hugely successful program is back. Dancers will be inspired and challenged in classical technique, pointe, variations, pas de deux, character, contemporary, specialty/repertoire, floor barre, stretch/conditioning and pilates. Expect the highest-level results from this one-of-a-kind experience!
