Full-Time Competitive Program
The Canadian Dance Company has built our reputation on our world renowned full-time competitive program. Our program has trained and developed artists that have gone on to dance all over the world on Broadway, film and television, cruise ships, contemporary companies, music videos and world tours. Our full-time competitive program is an all-inclusive training program in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Acro. Our companies range from ages 6 to 18 and train anywhere from 5 to 15+ hours a week. Our program is catered to a more serious dancer who is looking to push their talents forward as well as grow performance abilities via competitions and other performance opportunities. They will compete throughout Southern Ontario as well as the United States.
Our curriculum is built around dancers succeeding in 2 major areas: 1. Mastering the technique, focus and strength required in their class disciplines. 2. Learning choreography to perform/compete. Both areas will be put to the test at our scheduled Competition and Convention events.
